Cancellation Policy

October through April, all cancellations require at least 7 days notice, there are no refunds on cancellations made within 7 days of date of arrival. Cancellations made within approved window will be refunded, minus a 10% admin fee.  

May through September, all cancellations require at least 14 days notice, there are no refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of date of arrival. Cancellations made within approved window will be refunded, minus a 10% admin fee.

ALL REQUESTS TO CANCEL RESERVATION must be sent in the form of an email to reservations@mikesbeachresort.com with CANCEL in the subject line.
